My car was not riding smoothly. Mike Waldrep knew what the problem was, showed me the leaking strut and fixed it for me. He takes great care of my car.

I requested an oil change while the sensor was being replaced. I went to pick up my vehicle, no oil change. They told me it would be about 30 minutes. It was almost 1.5 hr. This is not the first time I've had to wait longer than necessary for an oil change.

Came in for oil change rotation and coolant checkup all booked up but then heard we can get ya in last appointment I was so happy they always go above and beyond for me and we love the service dept !!!

I hate surveys. Honesty is not desired. If things aren't 5 star, the workers get punished. Rarely in life is any service actually 5 star, but if i hit anything other than 5, it is considered bad. It is sad. And by constantly requesting surveys, you are part of the issue

Got my truck in at the exact time of my appointment. They always do a thorough job servicing the complete truck, for example they don't skip the transfer case because it difficult to get to. I have had other shops do that. Then they check over the complete truck, and if anything is developing problem they let me know, they Never rip me off! I think their service dept is great, with knowledgeable Techs, and I will continue to use them, and would recommend them to anyone!

Let's start with Pam Bickhaus. She is always friendly, helpful and professional, and ready to help you get the best deal possible. She continues her friendship past the sale floor and after the sale is complete. I have never met the person she takes the offers to but they to seem to operate in an understanding, professional way. [They probably got tired of Pam coming to them with a counteroffer. :) Next Brian Jeffries is always friendly and professional as well. He takes the time to explain what everything is and the options you have regarding all part of warranties and financing. Next how about Alfonso Hayes. He amazed me by how well he explained the new features of my truck to me. I sat there and thought about how many cars were on the lot both new and used and he knew exactly how to explain all the cool things my truck had on it. As he was going through the different steps of my new truck, he would show me how I had to do something in it compared to my old truck. I had my 2020 HD since it was brand new and I already feel like I know more about my new 2025 HD than I ever knew about my old one. He explained it all to me in a professional way and was very polite. And even though she was not involved in this transaction I can't leave out Jenn Perez in service. She too is always friendly, helpful and professional. I trust that she will see to it that my car and truck are taken care of and the proper service is done in a timely manner. The Service Writer (Mike) was great and the technician (Tim R.) was quick to get the work done, excellent job by both.

Always helpful and ready to go out of the way. Jeff, working the shuttle and Mike W. in service went above and beyond when I had to get tires replaced for long trip to Niagara. Jeff picked me up early in his own vehicle to get me into the shop at open and Mike W. and team made sure the truck was ready to roll with no delay in schedule. Made the wrong diagnosis on the problem. Changed a part that was not affected. Reused old parts despite GM upgrading the new part 2y ago. Problem still exists and they say, “they will look into it”. They charged for the diagnosis, make the wrong one, then bill the warranty company for work that doesn’t fix the problem.

Friendly staff. Always keep you updated on status . Repairs completed on time promised.

My service for an oil change and to check tire sensors and battery took too long. I dropped my vehicle off at 11:00am for a noon appointment and my vehicle was ready at 4:21pm. I waited until 2:00 pm after checking a couple of times. They finally told me they were running behind schedule and my vehicle wouldn't be ready until 4:00.

The service technician was very professional and suggested some things to have done at my 30K service. The service technician kept me updated during my visit as to the progress of the service as it took place.

I was met at my car and was immediately processed to expedite my service. I was told it could possibly take two hours, which was fine with me because I had a good book to read. However, they completed the service in an hour and a half! Very friendly and informed service.

I was expecting a nightmare trying to get my truck serviced, getting a ride to work without being late, and then getting back to the shop before it closed. I hate not having control, and this is how I feel whenever I have to get my truck serviced. The ordeal was not a nightmare. I still liked it better when dealers offered express service, where I could drive up, get service, and be back on the road in less than 60 minutes. I know it was pre-covid.

Tire sensors were working when I brought it in. Picked it up and now they don't. Someone did call me, but I'm calling in this morning to get a resolution.

Cole was our service advisor. On a previous service, he had advised me of upcoming regular maintenance and the estimated cost. I also asked for the battery to be tested. I’m thankful I did because it was the original, almost 8 years old and ready to fail at any time. We have had all service done at Bob McCosh & like that the service history is all recorded there.

The price was fair and the truck is excellent as would be expected from a GMC. Jill did a great job finding just the truck I wanted. The only hitch was the time it took to get to Columbia from the Indiana factory. Delays could have been hampered by the holidays. The main reason that I was willing to wait is the very positive experience that I have had over the past 12 years with the Service department. Had an apmt at 2pm, took them 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Maybe they were short handed but I was there on time, so I expect them to be on time. Otherwise, Caleb was very helpful and kept me informed.

This is my second purchase there in 5 years. Both have been great. My first salesman was promoted to the sales manager. I reached out to him for my second purchase. Jay Chase believes in no-nonsense and no games. The purchase process is quick, and the deal was basically done before I had even test drove the truck. This makes the process so much better. I have been very happy with both my purchase decisions and have sent at least a half dozen people I know that way in recent years. My second sale was turned over to Kyle Riley and he did great. Both him and Jay are very personable. Bob has done a great job building the culture there.

Caleb checked me in. Must have the magic touch - as soon as I sat down in waiting room he came in and had my windshield washer working. I could not get it to work. He said the motors can lock up. Did the 7500 mile check-up in good time. Then at check-out, Alphonse came out and quickly reset my Auto lock/horn blast very slow and deliberate so I could learn. Made a good experience.

First time here and was absolutely impressed by the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff. The waiting room was comfortable and my car was finished in an appropriate amount of time. I am glad I found a service to replace the one I left behind when we moved.

The transmission flush was ok, but expensive. It seems to have taken care of the torque shudder for now. Its a shame they have to use a non GM product to temporarily fix a known GM problem. This should be a recall, plain and simple, and no way should i have to pay $325 to band aid the problem. The front-end alignment was absolutely terrible. Was told i needed new control arms (at $2000) because oversized tires hit them. Told McCosh to forget it. Took it to another shop and they aligned it just fine with no problems.

The service representative helped to determine the problem.

My appointment was at noon and 3 people came in after me and were done before me. No one came and told me anything. When I got my paperwork I read where it said I need new front shafts. It says they ordered them. No one told me this. I had to read it on my own.

The sales staff answered all questions and explained everything very good. Will definitely recommend to others to check out and buy a vehicle from them.

Nathan did a wonderful job explaining some of the newest changes and provided me with an opportunity to drive a traverse with a lot of options and then a Traverse with the options I was most interested in.

I am a recent widow and know zilch about vehicles - but I do know a tire problem when it exists. Noticed a problem with rear tire, called Bob McCosh Chevrolet on a Friday afternoon and was told to bring car in, they would check it out. Found nail in tire and it could not be repaired. Spare tire installed, new tire ordered. Returned the next Tuesday with the spare tire being flat. when I arrived at the service center. This tire had a screw in it!!. New tire installed, new spare ordered. Believe the problem was due to construction at my church in the parking lot there. Procedure was painless thanks to "Amber" at McCosh and a few others. And I'm "on the road again!"

Brought in an issue concerning rear end whining at different times. Was told issue could not be located. However when I looked at my receipt, I could tell that the truck was not test driven. I know that because the mileage was the same going in as going out. I know a diagnostic test does not bring up this kind of issue. I fell I was not taken seriously and they did not want to find an issue, due to it would be a warranty issue. Not happy.
